Can I get a Refund?
We currently do not accept refunds but if there are any problems with your order or the product please let us know and we will try and resolve this as quick as possible.
Damaged Items?
Miracle Mane LTD is not liable for goods damaged by Royal Mail. To receive a refund for damaged, lost/stolen goods please put in a claim to the shipping company who damaged, lost or stole the goods in transit. We are willing to help you with this issue and you can send us an email on info@shopmiraclemane.com.
Wrong Address?
If you accidentally input the wrong address we allow 24 hours from the time of purchase for you to send an email with the correct address and your order number.
Cancellations/Amendments
Please email us on info@shopmiraclemane.com if you would like to amend or cancel your order. Once your order has been shipped we are no longer able to make any changes.
